Data processed
Test code, access start time, activities, scores and result timestamps. No name profiles. The administrator sees pseudonymous training results. Admin login processes email and authentication data. Hosting may process necessary connection data.
AI inputs
Inputs to the AI assistant are sent to the AI service to generate responses. Use fictional examples only. Chat text is not stored in the results dashboard. AI responses may contain errors.
Purposes and legal bases
Access and agreed training: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), where a contract applies. Security and technical operation: Article 6(1)(f). Necessary device storage: section 25(2) German TDDDG. No optional advertising or analytics. Workplace use requires additional organisational arrangements and assessment of works council involvement.
Recipients and retention
Hosting, authentication and central result storage use Lovable Cloud; AI responses use the selected AI service. Results remain available for training feedback until deleted by the operator; deletion requests can be sent to the contact address. Specific retention periods, processing agreements and any international transfers must be checked and completed by the operator before production use.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a data protection authority. Contact m.lange@roa.de with your test code, without additional sensitive data.
No automated employment decisions
Scores are for training only, not recruitment, promotion, dismissal or employee appraisal. No legally effective automated decisions are made.
